9 Hours in office

  At age 32: you will be getting backpain, Even if you are an athlet, if you are going to office and sit there. 

Even if you have a 1 km walk it may be managed, but sometime that is also not possible. 

*Most people hate this job like me  as i'm also having a backpain and cant sit for 9 hours even if you sit straight in chair, these companies treats employees like slaves and make them sit for 9hours although it causes health issue... 

Some people become a bit thin if they have less food in this 9 hours period, specially those returning from WFH to WFO. 


Solution to this problem is to opt for hybrid work and along with walk everyday during WFO. 

Be fit with eating healthy, mediatation and play and also exercise in WFH. 

Dont get lazy in these breaks and this would become a habit and destroy your habits and impacting your health.
