Rules for healthy life

 


Morning : 

Wake up before sunrise and try not to sleep more than 8 hrs. 

Go out, take fresh breath of air ( it feels awesome)

Don't miss morning breakfast.



Afternoon : 

Maintain a Lunch time ie at 1: 30 or 1 everyday. 

Don't sleep in afternoon. 


Evening : 

Exercise. 

Go out. 



Night : 

Try to sleep before 10. 

Eat dinner at 8 or 8: 30, not beyond that. 

Try to have window air, If there is no pollution
